Night Shift Supervisor / Manager

My client requires a Night shift supervisor/manager for their extremely busy Cornish production base.You will be responsible for the running of a team on the food production floor in control of a number of production staff. You will be precise on food hygiene procedures and standards and ensuring the high standard of production/ingredients are adhered to. This position is for and immediate start for the right person for a 3 month contract with the possibility of further employment.
