Pin Point Recruitment are currently on the search for a Night Shift Manager to work for our nationally known client based in the BS34 area. Our client is looking for the right candidate to start asap so they can begin site training and be up to speed before Christmas.
The Job:
1. Make sure stock is replenished to that ensure the morning shift can work to deadlines with no issues
2. Make sure all staff are trained to a good standard on all aspects of the role
3. Help the team pick orders if they are behind time and KPI deadlines
4. Have meetings with the team to ensure they know what tasks are to be carried out every night
5. Work closely with other management on the annual stock take or perpetual inventory if required.
6. Make sure warehouse is tidy and that hygiene standards are met
