Salary: circa 18K

Hours: 4 on 4 off Night Shift

Contract: Temp-to-perm/Ongoing Temp

The Candidate

• We are ideally looking for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
• You will have experience using a WMS such as Autostore
• You will have experience in a similar Stock Administrator or Stock Control role
• You will ideally have experience within receipt and/or despatch of stock
• You will have good IT skills, particularly excel
• Good literacy and numeracy
• Strong personality to cope with warehouse environment
• Customer Service experience will be beneficial

The Role

Our client is looking to add a Stock Administrator to their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will be expected to perform the following duties:

• Dealing with goods in/goods out
• Dealing with general queries in relation to incorrect stock or batch codes
• Liaise with internal depots and retailers to obtain Proof of Deliveries
• Liaise with customers and clients regarding whereabouts of stock or faulty orders
• Scan shop orders onto computer system
• Receipt stock onto system and also despatch stock off the system
• Updating databases and chasing outstanding irregularities
• Identify problem stock and reporting on missing stock, shortages and damages
• Provide customer service and support to clients and customers
• Adherence to KPIs
