Salary: £38,400 – £39,150 per year
Night Shift Leader
We are looking for a permanent Night Shift Leader, B1 Licensed Engineer, to join a tight knit collaborative team within this busy and growing company in Exeter (relocation can be provided). They are one of the world’s leading and most advanced MROs dedicated solely to regional aircraft and are totally focused on providing the full range of support services to regional aircraft operators.
You will be responsible for the Co-ordination of all night shift staff, provide briefings, guidance and support as necessary to deliver assigned nightly work plan. Provide Direction and Guidance to Night Support Workers. Monitor Night Stores personnel and Loan Work Regulations. Ensure ‘Area’ handover log is completed at the end of shift.
The successful Night Shift Leader will need:
A B1 licence
Recency on at least 2 types (listed below)
Previous Supervisory experience
To have performed and certified aircraft maintenance IAW with Technical Documentation
Desirable types (a minimum of 2 are required)
D8 Q400
Embraer 175/195
ATR 42/72
Bae 146/RJ
E135/145
CRJ 600
** Candidates without a relevant B1 Licence and supervisory experience will not be considered.
Role: Night Shift Leader
Salary: £Base + Shift Allowance + Type Allowance + Supervisor Pay (typed on all 6 aircraft = x6 type allowance)
Location: South West / Devon / Exeter (relocation can be provided)
