Night Shift Coordinator

NIGHT SHIFT CO ORDINATOR – SWANSEA

SUNDAY – THURSDAY BETWEE 9PM – 7AM

6 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT – £18K + £2K SHIFT ALLOWANCE

SINGLE RESOURCE are currently recruiting for a full time Night Shift Coordinator to work onsite for one of our clients in Swansea.

Check-in staff and follow-up any absent staff. Report to Client and the Onsite Consultant
Control and communicate with workers in different areas
Monitoring productivity / workforce efficiencies
Allocation / re-deployment of workers to work areas
Utilise the standby worker pool to ensure the immediate replacement of absent / unavailable staff for each shift
Completion of return to work interviews
Interface with Section Leaders/ Senior Team Leaders on the shop floor to ensure productivity and calibre issues can be addressed immediately and feedback to the Onsite Consultant
Buddy-up training for new Flexi-Workers
Approve Flexi Worker Holiday Requests
Main point of contact for Single Resource nightshift Flexi Workers
Issuing and Administering Verbal Improvements/File Notes/Breaches
Ensuring Flexi Workers adhere to their terms of employment
Confirming Flexi Worker hours to Onsite Consultant via Weekly Tracker
Address and deliver any training as required
Query handling in relation to Flexi Workers pay
Record sickness and absenteeism
Handle day-to-day enquiries from Flexi-Workers regarding queries relating to their assignment, pay queries or change of personal circumstances.
Attend meetings, as required, with client Section Leaders/Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders
Maintain and develop an excellent working relationship with client focusing on the Supervisors
