4 x 12 hour Shifts

Busy 4 star Deluxe hotel in London is seeking to recruit a dedicated and customer focused Night Porter. This would suit an ambitious and hard working individual looking for a new challenge within an exceptional group owned property!

Your Role

Reporting to the Night Manager, you will oversee the provision of guest services during the night, provide a professional service to guests at all times and deal with any enquiries or complaints that arise during the shift.

You will also be required to:

• Register guests
• Set up meeting rooms
• Ensure the security of the hotel during the night
• Conduct regular checks throughout the hotel
• General cleaning
• Ensure the smooth running of the hotel during your shift
• Carry out night audits and administrative tasks

Qualifications/ Experience required:

The successful candidate will possess experience as a Night Porter/ Auditor in a similar 4 star hotel. You must be computer literate with a sound knowledge of hotel reservation systems and sales processes. All applicants must be well presented and have strong customer service skills. Experience within the hospitality industry is essential.
