Porter

Due to our on-going success and our plans for continuous development, we are recruiting for a Porter to join our thriving team at Woodstock House in Surbiton, Surrey.

Woodstock House is a stunning property, set in 8 acres of tranquil grounds. Here, we provide exceptional care and education to children and young people with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

This busy and varied role will report to the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for providing support to all departments across the site, working 40 hours per week.

About The Job:
• Organise and distribute deliveries from reception
• Oversee deliveries direct to site buildings /areas as required
• Competently liaise with all departments regarding deliveries, including accurate and timely completion and processing of all associated paperwork
• Distribute and ensure stock of paper available at photocopiers and printers at all times
• Arrange removal and storage of archiving as required
• Participate and oversee office moves in conjunction with facilities
• Assist in the removal and repositioning of furniture on site as directed by line manager
• Overseeing contractors and utility readers on site visits
• Preparing toys and replacing batteries for education and residential areas
• Maintain good housekeeping practices
• Work within the parameters of our Health & Safety policy at all times
Experience Skills & Qualifications:
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate to wide range people
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• All applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and be prepared to drive our company vehicles to complete tasks as directed

Remuneration Package:
