NHS Hospital Porter

Taskmaster Resources are looking to recruit a number of people to work as hospital porters within NHS hospitals in Leeds. We have a number of positions currently open.

Your main duties will include: transporting patients throughout the hospital, making the journey as pleasant & comfortable as possible; locating and moving equipment to wherever required, keeping wards & other areas extremely clean at all times and any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Well organized and be able to listen to instruction
A good attitude towards teamwork
Friendly and out-going mannerAll applicants are subject to a successful and clear DBS check and an initial registration interview. We must also be able to attain employment references covering the last 3 years as a minimum, with any gaps suitably verified with official documentation.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. You will be required to attend an induction day with the hospital followed by monitored shifts. Candidates who successfully complete these shifts will be offered further work and a shift pattern.
