New Homes Sales Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to work for a fantastic developer based in Wiltshire.

The working week requires working weekends and the candidate must drive with access to their own transport.

For this role duties will include:

* Meeting and greeting customers on site

* Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements

* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries

* Taking customers on viewings

* Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales

* Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

* Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:

* Must hold a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle

* Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office

* Be very customer service focused and sales orientated

* Be immaculately presented

* Confidently work alone

* Be available to work weekends
