Education Sales Executive – North (Home Based)

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our client, a global software developer with over 25 years trading experience.

They are looking for a Field Sales Executive to cover the North of England. Working from your home office you will travel throughout North England, Scotland and North Wales, booking your own appointments to meet with Heads of Departments, introducing the clients range of educational software products.

Candidates will be given existing clients and a pipeline of future business. However you will be expected to be able to make cold calls to bring in new clients and grow the territory. Thorough product training will be provided, backed up by comprehensive presales and technical support.

Candidates will be targeted on 20 appointments per month and £21,600 gp. Sales values tend to range from £5k – £40k.

The successful candidate will have –

– Experience in working from a home based office
– Previous IT Sales experience within the Public Sector
– Experience in cold calling and winning new business
– Extensive product demonstration experience
– A stable career history

Candidates will be expected to do lots of travelling, which may include overnight stays.

This an excellent opportunity to work for a well respected and progressive company. They are willing to offer up to £30k, with uncapped commission (ote £60k). Car allowance, mileage, mobile phone, laptop, pension and private Healthcare.
