About the role
My clients are rapidly growing and as a result require a new edition to their Network Managed Services department. My Clients are a Global Systems integrator working with clients globally.
Partnering with leading vendors my clients design, deliver and manage solutions to meet our clients’ IT needs across Cloud, Unified Communications, Converged Infrastructure, Security, Workplace and Mobility services.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To provide Operational 1st /2nd line support to our customers over the phone and Email.The successful candidate will be expected to work on an early, mid and late shift pattern. They would also be participating in an out of hours, ‘on-call’ Rota after a qualifying period
The ideal candidate would have had a minimum of 2 years’ networking experience. Experience of a help-desk environment, working to SLAs, and using ‘trouble-ticket’ applications would be beneficial.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Experience in SNMP based Network Management systems
• Valid CCNA accreditation
• Cisco ASA
• Experience in Troubleshooting tools
• 2 Years Networking experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Support Desk environment, Exposure
DESIRABLE SKILLS
• Juniper Certified
• CCNP
• CCNA- Security
• VPN
