National Accounts Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Accounts Co-ordinator for a market leading plant and agricultural equipment dealership based in the Leicester area. This is a Customer facing role which requires you to build strong Customer relationships within the National Accounts sector of the business to ensure a first class level of Customer Service is provided to the Customer. National Accounts Co-ordinator will have a vast amount of experience in a busy environment as this is a demanding role. As well as being a customer facing role there is a great deal of data input using various in house systems to organise accounts, requests from engineers/workloads and other general administration.

Abilities, Skill Set and Experience:

Essential:

· Proven record of working within a Customer sales environment

· Honest, reliable, trustworthy, good time keeper.

· Ability to work on own initiative.

· Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels – verbally, in print and on the telephone

· Be detail oriented

· Be able to Multitask and handle several Customer demands at any given time

· Be able to manage time and projects effectively

· Be motivated and focused

· Be professional, cheerful, co-operative and flexible at all times.

· Have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Software, ADP Computer System

· Have efficient networking skills

· Have extensive knowledge of the Company’s products and services and or within JCB Construction/Agricultural/Industrial/Heavyline, Waste and Recycling or similar industry

· Have full driving and good driving record.
