Role: Modular Construction Expert
Headcount: 1
Contract Length: 30.06.2022
Location: Mainly home based with office and some site visits
IR35: In scope
Pay Rate to Candidate: £600Umbrella rate.
• Top Essential skills:
1. Experience delivering modular builds – from client or supplier side
2. Education – underpinning the knowledge – see below
3. Membership of relevant professional body.
• Minimum requirements:
Has delivered modular builds
Principal designer
Knows legal meanings
Knows construction regulations 2015
Need some educational qualifications in the field, can be any level.
Needs to have membership of any applicable relevant body.
Experience small modular builds – ideally over 3 years’ experience
Someone who has done modular builds NOT bricks and mortar.
MMC
Understand barriers to delivery.
Demonstrate involvement in full life cycle – all stages.
Professional / Engineering qualifications relevant to planning and / or construction management. Needs to be familiar with Modern Methods of Construction (MCC
