Role: Mobile Security Supervisor required for varied shift pattern of Days, Nights and Weekends (SIA licence required).
Location: Mobile across various Cheshire sites

About the Company

Our fully-trained Mobile Security Guards act as an effective deterrent to potential threats, providing immediate onsite security whenever an issue arises. Their multi-purpose role can extend beyond security desk, to include duties such as foot patrols, reception, banksmen, and CCTV Observation.
About this role
Making the right decisions in security situations, solving problems and leading your own professional security team doing patrol work, guarding, key-holding, emergency response and all general security work, surveillance and monitoring assignments. In addition you will report on the welfare needs of your team members.
About you:
Maybe you are working as a Team Leader but you’re feeling frustrated because you’re stuck behind a security desk? Or maybe you have a few years experience of successfully working in mobile security teams but are now looking to step up to a leadership role? If you have great attention to detail, keep calm in a crisis and have the ability to lead a team then this could well be the role for you.
