Electronic Security Service Engineer

This long standing, NSI Gold security installer are looking for an experienced service engineer to service and maintain a range of intruder alarm, CCTV, and fire systems equipment within domestic, industrial and commercial environments. Experience of Galaxy systems would be desirable.

Job Role Summary

As part of a team, you will be responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of security systems. Systems will include Galaxy, small scale access control and fire systems and various CCTV. Applicants must have experience in the security sector i.e. installation and repair of security systems.

Responsibilities:

* Service and maintenance of security systems at various sites, both commercial and domestic, adhering to codes, regulations and standards
* Ensure maintenance and repairs are to a high standard, testing equipment, connections and signals.
* Identifying and correcting problems.
* Liaise with clients and ensure a first class service delivery when on-site, resolving concerns and answering questions.

Skills Required:

* Previous experience of servicing and repair of security systems.
* Proven experience of PPM, service and fault-finding on Galaxy
* Experience of working closely with clients and customers.
