Microbiology Laboratory Technician

Jason is currently recruiting for a Microbiology Laboratory Technician to join an Analytical Testing Laboratory based in Cambridge on a permanent basis.

The main purpose of your role as Microbiology Laboratory Technician will be:
– Sample preparation and standard microbiology testing
– Weighing out food samples, preparing/blending of food samples for analysis
– Determining microbial contamination by carryout out serial dilutions of samples and other plating methods.

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
– A Levels (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline
– Have an interest in a Scientific field

Full Training will be provided.

If successful, you will be joining a global Analytical Testing Company. In return there is a Salary: £26,000coupled with benefits and career progression opportunities.
