Laboratory Technician – Chemical Analysis
Job Location: Northamptonshire (commutable from Northampton, Brixworth, Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby etc.)
Job Salary: £20-22k Dependent upon experience, opportunities for progression
Job Details: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
We are currently working with a well-known material testing company in Northamptonshire who are looking to hire a Chemistry related graduate to start as soon as possible.

Job Duties:
As a Laboratory Technician you will be responsible for testing within the chemical and analytical technology department. You will work to the British and European standards checking that the products stand up to regulations. Other duties involved writing lab and test reports, communicating with customers over email and by phone also.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in a Chemistry, Material Science or Forensic Science related subject
- Experience in the lab for university or in industry
- Good communication skills
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
