Medical Device Engineer Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for junior – mid level Medical Device Engineer to join a well-known medical technology business based in the Croydon area. They are specialists and world leaders within their field and design and manufacture complex life support systems.

They are currently looking for a Medical Device Engineer, ideally with a couple of years of experience within any field of medical devices, combined with a degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar. They are also willing to consider a graduate with no experience, or someone with some experience in a similar safety critical engineering field.

The Medical Device Engineer will be involved in product validation and verification, biocompatibility, clinical evaluation as well as product useability.

Medical Device Engineer Requirements

* Bachelors or master’s degree within biomedical engineering (similar also considered)

* Ideally 2-3 years of experience within a similar role, however not essential

* Knowledge/experience of validation and verification activies

* Biocompatibility and clinical evaluation report writing

* Excellent commuication skills and a desire to be apart of a growing organisation whose products are life changing
