Mechanical Project Manager – Reading / M3 / M4 Corridor

Salary: £336 – £408 per day

A Mechanical Project Manager is required by a leading Home Counties-based mechanical contractor.
The role is as number one and across the M3 and M4 corridors, and on multiple present/future sites in Reading.
The successful applicant will come from a proven subcontractor background, with at least 5 years Project Management experience.
The role requires client and financial management from inception to completion, the development of effective plans and schedules, all health and safety elements and delivering projects on time, to programme and budget.
Furthermore experience of both contracts and maintenance works is desired within high-end commercial, education and heritage sectors (value £200k to £3m).
As well as having valid SMSTS and First Aid qualifications, you will be well-presented with excellent communications skills at all levels, flexibility, drive and energy.
Please note that whilst the role is initially on a contract basis it is likely to develop into a permanent position with a renowned, growing company.
