Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Fitter

My Client is seeking Mechanical Maintenance/Fitters/ Service Engineers to provide both proactive and reactive maintenance on a range of water industry related sites such as pumping stations and water treatment works.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE/FITTER ENGINEERS
Salary £29,400+ company Van
LOCATION – Medway and surrounding area

TO YOU MUST HAVE MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SECTORS: WATER SECTOR / PROCESS PLANT / MANUFACTURING / PUMPS.

This role is based around providing reactive and proactive maintenance cover on a range of water industry related sites such as pumping stations and water treatment work. This will involve working on electric motors, pumps, control panels and similar equipment.

This position is suited for Mechanical apprentice trained engineers who have experience of working in the Water industry, manufacturing environment or similar process driven environment.

Suitable candidates will hold formal Mechanical Engineering qualifications such as ONC, HNC, HND, GNVQ, City and Guilds or Full apprenticeship.
