Salary: £42,000 per year
This is a great opportunity to join this busy FMCG client as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will use both mechanical and electrical engineering skills / knowledge to maintain and enhance the performance of plant and equipment. Providing first class, flexible support to production requirements and factory services at all time. Train and develop production staff to deliver their first line maintenance objectives. Identify and develop projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Time served apprenticeship or equivalent
Previous maintenance experience – manufacturing environment preferable
Recognised engineering qualification
Competent electrical / electronic fault finding and analysis skill
Self managing – Must be able to work under own supervision or as part of a team
Advanced understanding of PLC & computer programming and data acquisition
Flexible working attitude
Sound communication / training skills with ability to apply these when under pressure
Methodical record keeping is essential
Preferred
Knowledge of 17th Edition
Pneumatic qualification or training
Experience of steam distribution systems.
This clients is looking for 1 engineer to work permanent nights 6pm-6am 3/2 pattern paying a salary of upto £42,000.
