M&E Project Manager – Facilities Management Service Provider – Central London Projects

Are you looking for a role in M&E Project Management?

My client is a market leading facilities management service provider with operations across Central London. Due to an increase in Project works within their own portfolio. They are actively seeking an additional M&E Project Manager to join the Projects Division of this successful and growing business.

Duties Include:

• Manage and deliver projects from start to completion
• Managing and maximising sub-contractors and internal delivery on a number of projects 
• Manage commercial profit and loss of individual projects
• Deliver projects on time and on budget from £50,000.00 – £ in value.
• Attend meetings with clients and senior management
• Operate within CDM and Health & Safety

Salary & Package:

• £66,000.00 – £65,000.00 Per Annum + Bonus 
• Monday to Friday, 8 till 5 
• 25 Days Annual Leave

• Electrical OR Mechanical Knowledge / Qualifications 
• Motivated to succeed.
