Marketing & Sales Executive

Tingdene are one of the leading manufacturers of park homes for the retirement sector and holiday lodges

We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to run the in-house park finder service. Based within our permanent visitor centre in Wellingborough this key position involves working closely with our customers who are looking to purchase a home, but ultimately need to find a suitable park location first.

The role focuses on building a relationship with customers, hand-holding them through the process of searching for their park location and ultimately then securing the sale for Tingdene. This is achieved via discussions when visiting the Visitor Centre, email communication and telephone, providing them with the dedicated information they require.

Also building a strong relationship with our Trade base, the park owners and managers by providing them with potential leads and customers that will become a sale, and supporting them with their marketing via our in-house displays and website.
The role is a subtle mix of relationship building, marketing and sales.

This position will suit someone with good communication and relationship building skills, both on a B2B and B2C level; Good organisational and administration skills, with a proactive approach to the role that they perform; Team player; Drive and initiative to take the service provided to the next level securing future sales for the business.

Hours Monday to Friday occasional Saturdays on a rota
Basic salary and commission
30 days holiday including statutory days
