Following our recent expansion to the US with our international brand Resume Library, we are now expanding our friendly team and need a bright and capable Marketing Executive to support the rapid growth in US clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Take responsibility for our US marketing mix, developing a solid growth strategy and meeting tough expansion targets
- Investigate opportunities in the US and provide ideas for new online/offline campaigns & communications
- Assist with the design and development of the Resume Library website and improve the overall candidate and client strategy
- Work with 3rd party vendors and key partners to plan and deliver campaigns
- Write and seed press releases, aimed specifically at the US market
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to aid B2B sales efforts, writing and producing sales flyers, presentations and changes to the media kit.
- Develop key messaging both on the website, print media and in our email communications
- Gain experience and exposure to various digital marketing activities such as email marketing, paid advertising, SEO strategy, website optimization, social media and B2C/B2B lead generation
- Directly manage a selection of our scheduled events to make sure we gain maximum benefit from the spaces we book – planning, merchandising and advertising
- Assist with the expansion of our training courses, helping to bring on new courses and developing the marketing plans to grow this area of the business rapidly
- Help to plan our media strategy, including outdoor and TV campaigns
Knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience of writing commercially and managing effective communications to preferably a B2B and B2C audience, often with tight deadlines
- Experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing plans to meet company objectives.
- Experience of creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Be familiar with MS Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Twitter and Facebook
- Experience of working in a growing team to deliver high impact results
- Experience of organising and participating in events would be an advantage
- Experience of planning and booking media space and working to create partnerships with other companies
- A working knowledge of HTML would be useful but is not essential
- Experience of marketing to a US based audience would be a great advantage

- An analytical mind to spot trends and define strategy
