Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

Our client is now recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team.
The chief responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to Drive business through the generation of leads via acquisition marketing and be responsible for the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy.
This position involves; Monitoring the daily operations of all marketing campaigns and on-going projects. As Marketing Manager you will be required to coordinate the continued development and expansion of the brand through various mediums and marketing campaigns. Working alongside the sales division and its partners, you will identify and qualify business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead generation and profitability
– Responsible for the management and direction of the Sales and Marketing Team
– Oversee the marketing budget and resources
– Develop marketing plans and manage marketing budgets and sales flow
– Responsible for the development of all company sales collateral Position
– Coordinate the continued development and expansion of the brand through exhibitions, events and online advertising
– Supervise the design, coordination and renewal of all fax, email and SMS campaigns
– Consult with external marketingteams and website design consultant on the design and the development of the website
– Liaise with internal and external marketing companies to discuss artwork, layout, scheduling and production requirements and manage a relationship with an off-site marketing company
– Establish set targets and responsibilities for the Sales and Marketing Teams
Experience:
– Google AdWords
– Website creation and message generation
– Affiliation Marketing
– Database acquisition
– Extensive proven managerial experience within a similar role
Requirements:
– Creativity and flexibility
– Excellent communication skills: in verbal, visual, graphic and written form
– The ability to coordinate the research, development and promotion of marketing material
– A good understanding of the Telecommunications market
– A statistical mind-set
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and delegation
– The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, implementing reporting procedures to ensure that projects are completed and delivered on target
– The ability to drive completion of projects working within the budget and timescale
– Strong IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
– Strong numeracy and literacy skills
