Marketing Manager

Our client, a global leader in its industry field, is currently seeking to recruit a professional and dynamic Marketing Manager to strengthen their team in Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an intelligent, ambitious self-starter to develop a career in an expanding industry.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will take on full responsibility for building brand awareness, delivering new leads & revenues and formalising Product Marketing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for direction and execution of all internal and external communications
Write collateral materials promoting the business
Work with the Corporate Marketing team to develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent adherence to guidelines for all marketing materials and activities.
Conduct appropriate market research on competitive services and firms.
Create and update collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools with input from account management, sales, operations and customers.
To be considered for this role applicants are required to have similar Marketing Management experience along with a proven track record of success in marketing within business services, preferably with experience of working across Europe.

The successful candidate will require a demonstrated record of marketing to large and small businesses, with the ability to adjust well to the characteristics and personalities of their audience, and to drive forward new marketing initiatives that will support change and positive growth in a fast paced and rapidly expanding organisation.
