MARKETING MANAGER- EXCELLENT PROSPECTS

Our client, one of the largest privately owned construction companies in the North of England are recruiting for a Marketing Manager for their busy office in Leeds.

The purpose of the role is to deliver corporate and internal communications to ensure effective two-way staff communication and to raise the profile across online platforms to increase engagement throughout the business.

MARKETING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Deliver the Company’s Internal Communications plans, including crisis communications.
Support the development and strengthening of relationships with key stakeholders
Support the implementation of a Company’s Community Engagement Strategy
To be responsible for writing, editing and proof-reading copy for all corporate communication platforms
To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff and stakeholder communications and provide reports and recommendations based on the results.
Provide communications advice and guidance to support externally facing and corporate events including business, community and research-led events.
Assisting with external marketing.
Champion activities to promote public relations, corporate events and any internal charity events
To ensure the use of data for communications complies with current regulations

MARKETING MANAGER PERSON SPECIFICATION

Excellent communication skills: ability to understand and explain complex issues over the phone or via email.
Degree in PR, Marketing, English, communications, or copy writing experience.
Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office.
Clear and confident communication, both verbal and written
