Our client is the worlds leading manufacturer of wood panel products with over 11,000 people globally. A vibrant, privately owned business, they operate over 30 manufacturing plants, and are represented in 27 countries.
Based in the Black Sea resort of Burgas, Bulgaria, their established, in-house Marketing Services Company provides industry leading support to their Global businesses and key customers. To strengthen the impact of this dynamic business, and ensure it has a strong commercial edge, they need to recruit a Marketing Manager / CEO Designate
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly committed person looking for a strong, long-term career running an in-house B2B Marketing business
The successful candidate will bring a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience to lead, complement and strengthen the existing team of circa 20 people
Provide a full service Marketing function to the Company and key customers
Reinforce the Brand, using social media and other developing channels
Lead product presentations, range development, education and launch events
Develop marketing strategy, tools and customer loyalty programmes
Ensure cost effective approach, managing budgets and quantifying ROI
The job will involve working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Some international travel required
The Candidates
Able to demonstrate a cohesive blend of creative, commercial value adding and management skills in their existing role
Committed, passionate, flexible hands-on approach to work
Willing to relocate to Black Sea location with attractive 10% taxation rate
Highly numerate with strong analytical and IT skills
You will be comfortable in using your own initiative in order to meet targets in this fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
