Affiliate Marketing Manager

Win Technologies is an industry leader in Casino and Sports Betting. Our ever-expanding markets necessitate regular growth in our work force and we are now looking to employ an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will acquire players to an online casino site through creative marketing strategies and efficient implementation. Working across a portfolio of channels and mediums, this role requires strong commercial understanding and solid relationship building.

The Role
The role itself is multi-faceted. You will be required to develop and manage a portfolio of Affiliates inside the casino niche as well as developing the brand through mainstream affiliate networks and , as well as to review existing commercial agreements and negotiate the best deals for the business within the realms of your online marketing budget. Identifying new client opportunities is key, along with analysing and reporting on campaigns, and devising new strategies.

The candidate will be required to research the gaming market, analyse the competition and source new campaigns. The role will require daily analysis of such campaigns to look at ROI and brand exposure. Based on results it will be down to the candidate to determine whether the campaigns continue or are stopped in order to achieve business objectives.

Essential Criteria:
• must have significant and demontrable experience in an Affiliate Marketing Management role
• experience running multi-Country affiliate programs and managing various language staff will be considered
• Extensive experience in running campaigns on CPC, CPM and CPS is required
• Relevant master’s degree qualification is required
• Fluent English – both written and spoken
• Proven planning and organisational skills
• Experience with Microsoft office programmes such as Word and Excel
