Exciting opportunity to join a thriving retail business at their office HQ in Farnham. A newly created role for the company due to growing partnerships. The role offers full time hours with a combination of office and remote working.
Marketing Coordinator – About The Role
As Partner Marketing Co-ordinator you will provide support and co-ordination to your partner function within the overall business. This role acts as project support regarding new partnered business, optimising efficiency and delivery of marketing communications to new and existing partners.
* Coordinate the continued and consistent launch of new branches and new partner relationships.
* Ensure all practices receive all POS requirements in an accurate timely fashion.
* Optimise efficiency and delivery of marketing communications to existing partners in order to create higher demand for services.
* Update and maintain partner portal and report on partner usage.
* Be responsible for all the reporting and also identifying potential risks to the senior team.
* Managing internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication techniques.
* Assist in the organisation of a number of internal conferences per year to deliver training and communications to colleagues who work in a number of different locations.
* Understanding appointment and revenue numbers.
The successful Marketing Coordinator will have:
* Passion for marketing.
* Commercial awareness.
* Practical experience in a similar role.
* Theoretical experience with desire to learn & develop.
