Working for a leading national business based near Leamington Spa this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation who are actively looking to develop their in-house marketing department by recruiting a Marketing Coordinator into the team.
About the Marketing Coordinator Role:
* You will be supporting the Marketing Manager with a range of duties that include management of POS Marketing Collateral, this will involve working with internal stake holders and external clients
* Maintaining the in-house CRM system to ensure data is accurate and relevant to ensure accurate targeting of company email campaigns
* Analysis of promotional activity and communicating this information effectively internally
* Assisting in organising campaigns with the Marketing Manager
* Manage information about clients, marketing collateral, spends and invoicing to support the Marketing Manager in reporting within the department
About you as the Marketing Coordinator:
* Have previous professional marketing experience, and looking to move forward in your marketing career.
* Highly organised, able to manage your time and projects effectively
* Able to work within budgets and to targets in terms of time and activity
* Strong IT skills, able to use the usual Office programmes including EXCEL
* A business or marketing relevant degree, or CIM qualification would be advantageous
