Apprenticeships Manager – Digital Marketing

Our client is looking for a Apprenticeships Manager / Digital Marketing Learning & Curriculum Manager to join their team based in Brixton, London.

This role is initially a 3 month contract although there may be the potential for it to lead into a longer position or maybe even a permanent position in the future.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Apprenticeships expert who can lead a highly motivated team to success and have the knowledge and expertise of funding to ensure the team is able to work to its full potential.

To be considered for this role you must have an in depth knowledge of Apprenticeships, work based learning and funding streams. The ability to design from scratch, develop, deliver and consult on learning programmes is also essential.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Creative Media Apprenticeships would be advantageous although some training can be provided on this. You will be involved in designing and developing these programmes.

Knowledge of online learning platforms would be very beneficial.

Key areas of accountability:

Managing Learning

– Working closely with Head of Learning, being the company’s experts in learning solutions
– Playing a pivotal role in design for pre-apprenticeships, apprenticeships and other creative and non traditional learning solutions

Learning projects

– Briefing company teams and suppliers
– Design of courses in conjunction with Head of Learning
– Help consult and Manage Consult the learning aspects of company projects
– Co-create solutions with young people and other stakeholders

Business development

– Networking and encouraging stakeholders and peers in the sector
– Working closely with Head of Learning and the Business Development team to grow business in the learning area

Qualifications:

– Previous knowledge of Assessment of apprentices
– TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32 / D33 Assessing Award is essential
– IV desirable
– PGCE in Education or other teaching certificate such as Cert Ed would be advantageous

Hours: 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday. 1 hour for lunch
Salary:(Dependant on skills, qualifications and experience) Pro Rata
