Marketing Assistant

My client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Marketing Team. You will work closely with the Marketing Director in the execution of various marketing initiatives. Duties will include the administration and co-ordination of activities and campaigns relating to social media, digital and print. You will be responsible for the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, maintaining websites, market data analysis as well as acting as the first point of contact for all marketing enquiries. Working in a small team, the breadth of the role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop your marketing skills and experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous experience in a similar role or possess a marketing/business related qualification and keen to enter the marketing field. You will be a quick learner who can work both independently and as part of a team, be able to demonstrate an eye for detail and be capable of prioritising workloads.
It is essential that you can communicate clearly and appreciate the value of providing excellent customer service.

• Excellent IT skills, familiarity with Google web tools and proficient in the use of Google Analytics.
• Experience in the use of social media and a demonstrable understanding of it’s value, allied to an ability to tailor output to the needs and interests of the each brand.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• An awareness of the latest digital marketing trends.
