Global Sales and Marketing Director

This is an outstanding opportunity to take on the sales leadership role within a growing company specialising in the Design, Development and Production of Electro-hydraulic Servo Valves and associated equipment within the Aerospace and Automotive industries world-wide.

We are seeking a Global Sales and Marketing Director to help build on our impressive track record of growth during our 30 year history. The company has maintained this strong growth rate over the past 5 years in a dynamic yet niche sector. There is now an opportunity to take this from a �5m company to 12m in the next 5 years.

The successful candidate will have:-

– A proven track record of success in a sales and marketing role with an engineering background.

– Experience in international sales and marketing and the ability to appoint and develop Agents and Distributors.

– To be based in Tewkesbury and able to travel world-wide to Customers, Distributors and Exhibitions.

– The ability to build a strong and close relationship with Customers and Distributors to ensure a greater understanding of their current and future needs.

– Management of and responsibility for key accounts.

– A sound knowledge of hydraulic systems including condition monitoring and filtration.

– Knowledge of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valves would be an advantage but not essential.
