Marketing Assistant

Salary: £32,400 – £36,000 per year

My client is well established property building company that is successful and has an outstanding reputation. They are a family business founded on traditional family values that has a multi-million pound turnover.

Their Marketing Manager or their Commercial Development company needs a new Marketing Assistant to support her and the rest of her team in shaping and developing campaigns, events and projects to support the marketing, communication and promotion of available properties in their portfolio.

So you will have good marketing experience in the B2B sector and if that includes Property Sector experience all the better!

Day to day your role will encompass artwork updates to brochures, inserts, signage amends, briefing photography and updating of the website.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create campaign targets to measure and assess each campaign in each focus area.

You will also help create and deliver presentations, write briefs for external agencies and organise photography for properties.

You will be encouraged to submit your ideas for marketing programmes.

You will also support the team with regular admin tasks such as invoice processing and taking calls.

What will you bring to the role?

Good marketing experience in the B2B sector

Experience of working with CRM’s and digital analytics

Keen attention to detail and some experience in proof reading

Own car and clean driving licence as expensed travel to some properties will be required
