Part Time Marketing Assistant

We are looking to recruit for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing and administration activities, both internally and externally throughout the UK and Europe. This is a customer facing role, duties will be varied to fit in with the changing requirements of the business.

On a daily basis you will deal with the US Office and channel partners, the role will involve: –

* Support in the coordination of internal and external events to include delivery of materials, utility support, personnel coordination and supper liaison.
* Manage UK marketing needs
* Assist in the preparation, review, coordination and dissemination of publicity releases, product literature, advertising campaigns, direct and electronic mailing shots
* Coordinate with the sales teams
* Carry out market research
* Provide administration support as required

We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role. You must be a team player, able to provide input to create marketing material, be articulate and able to communicate at all levels – especially with Senior Team members.

You must be enthusiastic and keen to learn with a good sense of humour. Must be proficient in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.

This role would be offered subject to obtaining Security Clearance.

The role is being offered on a part time basis, ideally three days per week however this is flexible. If the successful candidate grows the department the role could become full time. In return you would be offered 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, healthcare and life assurance. There is also free on-site parking available.
