Manufacturing Operator (Late Shift)

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join the production team of a company in Ely. This is a ‘hands on’, physical role producing high tolerance components and you will need to have a can-do attitude and a keen eye for quality. You will be trained to operate a wide range of equipment and identify opportunities to improve product quality and production output.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 2:25pm to 10:55pm and 12:55pm to 7:55pm on a Friday.

* Experience in a manufacturing environment

* A practical ‘hands on’ approach

* High level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus

* Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly

* Proven ability to work in a team environment

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Good level of mechanical aptitude and practical skill
