Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year
We are looking for experienced Assessors to support with the delivery of Business Improvement and Performing Manufacturing Operations Apprenticeship frameworks to learners in their place of work.
The role involves assessing learners against QCF criteria and delivering workshops based around the Business Improvement and Performing Manufacturing Operations QCF qualifications.
You will also be responsible for supporting Apprentices to deliver improvements which have a benefit to their employer in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery.
Applicants must have:
– At least 3 years occupational experience within the Manufacturing or Engineering sector.
– Need to hold an occupational based qualification at level 2 or above
– An A1/TAQA or equivalent qualification in assessment
– A V1/TIQA or equivalent qualification in verification and PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification are desirable but not essential
– An Understanding of BIT (5S, Lean, Kaizen or continuous improvement)
– Experience of delivering Functional Skills qualifications
