A successful and progressive business delivering training and employability programmes across the UK are expanding their team of specialist Leadership & Management assessors.
Due to the exceptional reputation they have built up and a number of significant new contracts, they are now looking to recruit additional high-calibre Assessors to work in several locations across the country. Assessors will deliver work based learning and apprenticeship qualifications to individuals in the work place. These will be predominantly within Management and Team Leading but may also include Business Admin & Customer Services.

This is a field-based role and candidates can be based anywhere in the South East. You will be expected to travel regularly across a fairly wide region but travel will be fully expensed.

Applicant requirements:

• Experience of delivering Leadership & Management qualifications
• An A1 Assessing qualification (or equivalent)
• A relevant teaching award
• Experience of delivering group workshops
• Experience of completing whole awards with candidates within agreed timescales
• Exceptional vocational management experience within a different industry is essential
