£25-26k Salary + bonus
Based – Chiswick, West London
Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm
Immediate start
Experience working within in the travel or credit card industry preferred

Role:
To provide support to the Sales and Account Management team, to facilitate a professional and efficient relationship management process

Duties:
Understanding and supporting sales and account management efforts including answering product and service questions to prospect clients / customers and providing all necessary information
*Direct and manage new contract implementation as assigned
*Applying a service oriented philosophy – working with the internal team to deliver/implement products and services acting as a back up to the Customer Implementation Manager
*Monitoring customer accounts, providing data and reports to help the sales and account management team, keeping track of sales targets, answering phone calls and scheduling diaries
*Responsible for proactively taking the lead in the daily operational tasks of managing the customer accounts and liaising directly with the clients over these matters
*Processing new sales leads and managing the correspondence between the account management team and their clients
*Provide second line support for Customer Service Advisors
*Frequent direct and indirect contact with customers and prospects
*Occasional national and international travel required

Skills / Qualifications
An academic qualification at graduate level e.g. Bachelor level is desirable
Relevant professional experience in a similar position or a relevant field
Experience in the travel or credit card industry
The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong analytical skills and the ability to successfully interact with internal/external partners to solve problems and achieve goals
Highly customer focused and demonstrating an ability to adjust behaviour to handle different customers and understand their needs
Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage work loads
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job
*Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
