Management Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

We are working with a transportation company based near the Ruislip area, and they are looking for an International Management Accountant/Assistant Finance Manager who will be supporting the Finance Manager with the following duties:
· Manage invoice entries/process including management of:
· Create journal entries and allocations
· Raise invoices
· Complete all inter-company reconciliations monthly
· Liaise with other entities
· Reconciling and settling AP/AR balances between group entities
· Actively challenge existing processes for continuous improvements
· Reconcile international statements
· Accruals and prepayments
· Month and quarter end process
· Support audit process
· Support task status
· Assist Finance Manager and other team members
· Assist any Audit request by Company Auditors
· Any ad hoc duties requirements
