Management Accountant

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Management Accountant (CIMA Qualified)

Sheffield – c£45k + company bonus – Excellent benefits package

Ash Consulting are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing and expanding, specialist manufacturing and distribution business serving clients with engineered consumables across the world. Having experienced planned growth over the last few years they now seek to appoint an experienced Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in the business moving forwards.

Key Duties

-Management accounting and group consolidation to tight deadlines

-Budgeting and forecasting

-Cost management accounting and costing models

-Financial statutory accounting

-Balance sheet reconciliations

-Providing information as requested for external auditors

-Various Ad-hoc analysis and reporting for both non finance central finance teams

-Assisting with process improvement and streamlining

-Supervision of team members

Candidate Requirements

-Strong grasp of accounting concepts and legislation

-Audit management experience preferable

-Detailed working knowledge of VAT both domestic (required) and international (advantageous and preferable)

-MS Excel advanced.

-Previous experience with SAP and Tableau advantageous.

-Experience of SAP implementation would be most favourable

-Team management experience required

On offer

-The role is Full time Mon-Fri (Early Friday Finish)

-Initially based in Sheffield (moving to Junction 33 M1 sometime in 2024)
