This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Management Accountant/ recent qualifier who is keen on delivering effective accounting and finance services, to step into the not-for-profit industry. The successful candidate will be based in South London, providing support to the accounting and finance department. As a Management Accountant you will assist in the preparation of the annual budget, forecasting and will work closely with key budget holders.

Description

  • Deliver effective and efficient accounting services.
  • Support the finance department with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Participate in financial audits and implement recommended changes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial processes.
  • Analyse financial data and prepare reports for management.
  • Provide financial advice to support decision-making processes.

Profile

  • Must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Needs proven experience as a Management Accountant; this role requires someone having relevant experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Requires good influencing skills; you will be working closely with key business stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
