We are looking for a CIMA qualified Management Accountant to join the team.

The Management Accountant must ideally be fully or partly CIMA qualified. Must be qualified in ACCA or ACA as well.

Management Accountant – The Role:

Management Accountant – General Accounting areas involve:

• Allocation of customer BACS & cheques
• Credit Control
• Credit Insurance Evaluation
• Purchase ledger
• Credit Note & sales returns input

Management Accountant area includes:

• Preparation of International supplier payments with Purchasing Division
• Payment allocation and reconciliation of all international supplier accounts
• Involvement in foreign exchange option dated currency contracts with bank
• Reconciliation of Sales Invoice Financing Account
• Management of Company Pension
• Stock Accounting – evaluation, rotation and analysis
• Financial implementation of new Warehouse Management System
• Working with Managers and Directors in preparing annual budget.
• Overhead variance analysis
• Liaising with auditors at year-end.

Management Accountant – You:

• At least part qualified in CIMA, preferably fully qualified.
• ACCA or ACA qualified.
• Study assistance provided if necessary.
• A background of at least 3 years of working at this level in a finance office.
• Punctual, uses initiative, positive attitude, team player and driven/hungry to achieve.
• Must be able to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisation skills are essential.
• Good IT skills including Excel.
