Our client a leading Manufacturing site close to Blackpool is currently on the lookout for an experienced Team Leader of Engineers.
The role will involve managing a couple of Engineers and is a very hands on position whereby you will be seeing to maintenance of the manufacturing machinery.
As part of your role ideally you will have managed a small team of engineers previously as well as getting involved in day to day maintenance tasks. You will be ideally qualified as an Engineer and have some experience of Fabrication and welding although the majority of the role is mainly mechanical with some electrical work involved. Mechanical is the major key however if multi skilled that would prove an added bonus.
As part of the package you will receive a salary of 40k + co van and fuel card after a qualifying period along with around £48,000for an on call rota.
The role is completely day shift working 7-430 however as the operation is 7 days per week you will work on a rota basis with some weeks 6 days others 3 days and 4 off as the rota goes. This is a superb position for anyone that has been a maintenance team leader in a factory / manufacturing facility.
