Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
Location: Head office (Darlington), Darlington, County Durham

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager you will lead, manage and optimise the IT Service Desk and Field Support functions consistent with business goals and needs of the company. You will have at least 3 years experience of IT Service Desk Management and have experience of working with the following technology:
IT service desk management experienceExperienced at delivering desktop support services MS Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 Active Directory and Citrix, MS Exchange 2007/2012, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, MS ClusteringVM Ware and related virtualisation technologies Microsoft System centre Technologies including Service Manager LAN/WAN/VPN technologies You will be a team player with a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness. You will behave in a transparent manner always showing respect to your colleagues and prospective candidates.
