Part Time Sales Team Leader

Salary: £26,000 – £42,000 per year

We have a new opportunity due to business growth, for a Sales Team leader to join a medium sized team on a part-time basis in the Barnsley area. The role is offered permanently, on a part-time basis, working around 20 hours per week. Flexible on days/hours. The business is well established and specialised in a particular sector within the beauty industry. You will be working within a well-established brand, you will be responsible for Sales Team activity, managing and monitoring performance. 

The role main duties will involve: 

• Set individual training plans 
• Measuring & monitoring performance – KPI’s and targets 
• Management and reporting of weekly performance 
• Regularly observing, monitoring and mentoring staff 
• Offering coaching where required 
• Embed new product launch briefs within the sales team, providing and documenting additional training as required
• Responsible for all new starter inductions, onboarding and training plans

We seek a candidate with the following skills/attributes: 

• A background and or experience within a similar Customer/Sales Team Leader position 
• A call centre background would be beneficial 
• Carry out an approach that is in line with company values and a positive mindset 
• Motivational attributes 
• Adhere to company policies and H&S
• A people-person with a natural friendly approach to training, coaching and mentoring 

The position is offered on a part-time permanent basis, a salary commensurate with experience, circa 17k (35k pro rata). Hours to suit = 20 hours, days flexible. On site car parking. An opportunity to be involved in an exciting and progressive business.
