My Client, a leading Pharmaceutical Company who are expanding their engineering team, are now looking for a Maintenance / Engineering Team Leader to undertake both supervisory and hands on work within the department.
The Role: Maintenance / Engineering Team Leader
Liaise with other members of the API department and engineering to ensure continuity across the shifts.
Assist the Engineering Manager in performance management and development of the team.
Ensure that the team comply with regulatory, cGMP and safety policies
Record the engineers work patterns, holidays, absence and overtime
Monitor, maintain and update the department P.M. system ensuring that all P.M’s are carried out on time
Maintain the Engineering work order system
Skills / Qualifications / Experience: Maintenance / Engineering Team Leader
Educated to H.N.C. or Degree level.
Experience in the management of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) equipment, processes and systems.
High degree of competence in Pressure systems regulations, COMAH and hazardous areas
