Maintenance Engineering Manager – Automated Manufacturing
A highly successful manufacturer of hazardous chemical powder products continues to secure orders from around the world and has recently invested £30m in a new automated factory extension. This new area now requires a Maintenance Engineering Manager.
+ To proactively maintain and continuously improve strategic maintenance plans, systems and processes for an automated machine line
+ Lead a Team of 10 staff in pursuit of these goals
As a professional maintenance planning professional you will have to:
+ Be responsible for all aspects of Electro – Mechanical Maintenance Planning & Engineering.
+ The ongoing development of Electro – Mechanical Maintenance plans using a variety of techniques like PPM, RCM, TPM, Vibration Analysis, Thermal Imagery, Acoustic monitoring, oil sample analysis and FMECA
+ Constant review of maintenance plans to reflect a dynamic environment
+ Analysis of plant and equipment breakdowns
+ Develop Electro – Mechanical Engineering solutions to prevent reoccurring problems
+ Developing training plans for Engineering Maintenance Personnel
Qualification & Experience you will have:
+ HND, BSc, BEng or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or technical subject is essential
+ Significant experience of strategic maintenance planning within an automated manufacturing environment including Hydraulics & Pneumatics
+ People Management Skills
