Engineering Manager

Renowned for quality and customer service, our client supplies quality products to the retailers. An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager has arisen. The role will be based out of their manufacturing facility in London. The company has a strong focus on customer and supplier relationships.

This role will manage all aspects of Engineering. You will be a forward thinking Manager with the ability and industry knowledge to take the business on their next step to a world class Engineering department. The ability to switch between strategic and hands on is vital within this position due to the fast paced nature of the business. You will be a leader and a motivator with the experience of managing a diverse team of engineers, whilst coaching and mentoring individuals.

With prior Engineering Management experience within a food manufacturing environment the ideal candidate will possess strong change management, leadership and strategic skills. You will be able to demonstrate tangible results using continuous improvement, reliability and maintenance methodologies. Like our client, you should have a passion for producing high quality products and understand how to achieve the highest Engineering standards in line with both company and customer expectations.
